Our lovely caravan is situated in Seton Sands Holiday Village on the east coast of Scotland. You'll see glorious views over the Firth of Forth, crossed by the seriously impressive Forth Railway Bridge. As the name suggests, we're super-close to the beach-just 2min walk. 20min from Edinburgh,Bus 26 take you there to. Activities like the Bungee Trampoline, splashing about in the indoor pool and Archery Coaching make for an action-packed holiday.From our window there is a view of the horse farm.

6 bed Edinburgh chalet only minutes from beach

Our modern Chalet sits in the Haven Resort at Seton Sands in a quiet discrete spot, very close to reception and all the amenities. There is a double bedroom with ensuite and two twin bedrooms. We have a large lounge area with comfortable seating for up to 6 people. There is free parking and a local bus service going right to the heart of Edinburgh. Passes can be purchased to use all the facilities of the Haven Resort, including swimming pools, restaurants and bars. Free wifi within the resort.

With a double room, two single rooms (with 2 beds each), and a pull-out double bed, it’s perfect for families or friends. The cosy lounge and fully equipped kitchen ensure a comfortable stay. Enjoy a playground, on-site dining, and entertainment options—some at an extra charge—or relax on the nearby beach. Just 30 minutes from Edinburgh, it’s the ideal base for seaside fun and city adventures.

Play passes can be purchased on arrival or online. Unfortunately my guests can’t buy play passes at Christmas and New Year Haven are not allowing it. So sorry 😢

The site also boasts a 9 hole golf course, swimming pool and restaurants. Alternatively relax in the well appointed van and watch the world go by from the deck or spacious grassy area. Easy access to Edinburgh and its attractions complements the appeal of this home from home.
