Update: glorious new hot tub that comfortably seats 6! The house is ideal for hosting and for hanging out. Enjoy coffee or cocktails on the classic southern front porch or screened in patio in the backyard. Want some time to relax? We have a cozy living room ideal for chatting or watching a movie. The kitchen and dining room are big and complete with everything you might need to cook a meal with friends. There is also a bar area set up for your enjoyment. Feel free to use the entire house, including the outdoor space. We also have easy to access laundry and closet space in each bedroom. One added bonus is access to a free electric car Charge-port 220V on premise! We live in the neighborhood. I am happy to help as much or as little as you need. Feel free to ask about planning your trip, transportation, fun activities, etc. Never hesitate to ask for special requests for the comfort of your stay. I’ll do what I can! The bungalow is located in a great nook, within walking distance of ice cream, coffee shops, breweries, vintage shopping, vegan restaurants, and very close to the ever-popular Rosepepper Cantina. Guests will be provided a map of hot neighborhood spots upon arrival. The house is located about a mile from the 5 Points district and a short (under 10 minutes) Uber/ Lyft to Broadway. We are close to two bus lines. Uber and Lyft are also very popular, cheap and easy to use. Scooter rentals (Byrd & Lime) are now all over town if you into that! We suggest you bring a helmet and enjoy yourself! It’s a very fun way to get around town. We want you to have fun! Let us know how we can help with that. We also value our neighbors and want to make sure everyone gets a good night sleep, be respectful of your noise level after 11 pm please.

We also provide you with a private parking space in the back alleyway. East Nashville is a laid-back, artsy section of Music City. This historic district is a hub of arts, local music, award-winning dining, boutique shopping, and craft beer. Head across the river to experience all the nearby downtown attractions. Lyft, Uber, Bird and Lime are all cheap and easy modes or travel. East Nashville is also very walkable with a grocery store, post office, coffee shop, restaurants, and more within a block or two.

Nice quiet walking neighborhood, comfy beds, and cozy. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and furry friends (pets) under 15 lbs. Easy access from parking area, via back deck, 3 steps up with hand rail - front door is also accessible, but does not have self entry.
