A new shower, a new counter and sink just installed. Comfortable queen size memory foam mattress bed. About 15 minutes drive to UC Berkeley, Oakland. About 18 miles to downtown San Francisco. About 30 miles to Napa valley. A refrigerator, stove, Microwave oven, coffee machine , water boiler, are provided.

The kitchenette includes a microwave, a small oven and a k-cup coffee maker, but No STOVE. Newly installed heating and cooling air conditioning. This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

You have your own Bathroom, TV, and full private kitchen with dishes and and pans. Just a block away is Grocery Outlet and Planet Fitness Many great places to eat! Thai, Mexican, Hamburgers, etc. Within 1-2 blocks. You’ll love this place because of the neighborhood, the outdoors space, and the ambiance.

Everything you need to relax and make simple meals, including coffee and tea. One block from Solano Ave for restaurants and shopping, a few blocks walking from whole foods and more restaurants. Near Bart and one block from bus stop to SF. Hiking in Tilden Park or Wildcat canyon just 10 min drive.

It has a separate entrance to backyard, private porch with outside heater, bbq and a designated off-street parking spot in front. It has a queen bed, TV, fast (fiber) wifi, full kitchen and bath and a bar with a pop up window for indoor/outdoor seating. It is fully furnished including a comfortable double bed, full kitchen, walk-in shower and wifi. There is free street parking right out front. The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)
