Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

This ground floor studio is located in a converted warehouse within the city walls. It was converted in 2018 so the interior is in great order and the exterior looks onto water views. With a 5 minute walk to the main historic area/main shopping area and a 2 minute walk to major supermarkets, the studio is well connected. Wifi included. Modern studio annex to 1850s cottage with its own access, close to to the stunning city of York. Looks onto big family garden, feels like a country retreat but only 20-25 minutes' easy and beautiful river walk from city centre. Well behaved pets welcome. Should the annex be booked for your preferred dates, do look up our shepherds hut. Please note that ‘cancelled dates’ mentioned in the March 2020 reviews were due to government Covid regulations - not us!
