It's perfect for 16 people - 17th & 18th person incurs additional nightly cost of £30 per person per stay. We do not accept stag or hen parties that want to use the house for parties, but will consider quieter stag or hen groups that want to just stay at the house and will treat both the house and our neighbours (its a quiet family neighbourhood) with respect.

Central York Townhouse Parking Cinema Sleeps 6

107 Nunnery Lane is a stylish, pet friendly townhouse with a courtyard & basement cinema. It sleeps 5 but an additional z-bed can be requested for a 6th person (£30 fee per stay). Parking is available and we're very close to the station. 107 is located off ‘Bishy Road’ (voted Britain’s best high street) with independent shops, pubs, cafes & delis. You can also rent 109 Nunnery Lane allowing bookings of up to 12. Additional £30 charge for dogs.
