Sensitive renovation provides modern-day luxuries, and with accommodation over a single storey, this is the perfect retreat for all ages. Only 15 minutes from the Broads or some of the UK's best beaches, you can return from a day's exploration to a private hot tub. A Games Room also provides entertainment for the whole family. Dogs welcome.

Soak in the warm bubbles with a glass of something cold under the big starry Norfolk sky - maybe you'll see your first shooting star - many of our guests have! If you're really lucky you may see deer wandering through the adjoining field as you relax. Whilst we're in a secluded location our 4 beautiful holiday cottages are just a 10 min stroll from a dog friendly pub serving food. We welcome children and up to 2+ dogs.

Wren Cottage

Wren cottage is a unique, one-bedroom, self-contained property with its own private garden set within the grounds of Boundary Stables. A perfect hideaway with lots of character, ideal for a short break or longer holiday. This cosy cottage is a great base to explore the Norfolk Broads and take a stroll a long the wonderful North Norfolk Coast by foot, bike or car. Only 25 minutes from the City of Norwich and walking distance to the beautiful village of Happisburgh with its stunning lighthouse.

Our bespoke shepherd’s hut is surrounded by nature and wildlife. This rural North Norfolk retreat, next to our family home, offers a relaxing setting from which to explore this beautiful corner of the country, or somewhere to unwind and enjoy a slower pace of life. Our space has cosy underfloor heating, a king size bed and a sofa bed - the hut sleeps two adults and two children. Set down a quiet, country lane, there are fantastic beaches, cycling routes and scenic country walks in easy reach

A small 17th century, Grade 2 listed town cottage. Refurbished in February 2020. Brand new kitchen and bathroom. 1 bedroom with double bed, side cabinets and wardrobe. Lounge has 43” TV. Chaise sofa bed and table and chairs. Kitchen microwave, cooker, washer/drier. New luxury ground floor bathroom fitted with Mira shower. Gas Central heating throughout. Small courtyard garden. Parking directly behind property at ‘Pay & Display’ car park. Weekly ticket available, cheap over night rate.

Garden Cottage sleeps two people, and has been lovingly renovated and finished into a self contained, private and beautifully presented private cottage nestled in the garden of Emily and Aaron’s home. Located in a residential area of the Georgian town of North Walsham, the cottage is ideally situated for accessing the vibrant city of Norwich, the beauty of the Norfolk Broads and the breathtaking North Norfolk coast line. Only a 3 minute walk to the train station, and good amenities close by.

Hare Cottage

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway, It has its own secure garden which is south facing. A nice patio area for a relaxing morning coffee before you start the day exploring. Hare Cottage is within easy reach of the Norfolk Broads and some of the best coastline in Norfolk, Sea Palling Beach is a short drive away, or for the more energetic, cycling along the Weavers Way. At the end of the day if its a bit chilly you can warm up by the outdoor fireplace and look up at the stars.

Old Chapel House is in the small village of Ingham, three miles from the Norfolk coast. On a quiet country lane, it’s a cosy, welcoming home with lots of wonderful things to do nearby. With a large garden and public footpaths on the doorstep, there’s plenty of space for dogs and guests to roam. For forty years the house was our much-loved family home. We now live across the road and we welcome other families and groups of friends to make the most of this lovely place.

Poppy Gig House

A countryside retreat, Poppy Gig House was fully renovated in 2016 to the highest standards while still retaining lots of original charm and character. Set in Meeting Hill a Hamlet of the historical village of Worstead. Located just a short drive to the North Norfolk coast and Norfolk Broads. It is in an excellent position for walking or cycling with direct access to a network of footpaths and the popular long distance footpath of Weavers Way.

Coach House

The Coach House is nestled behind our home, situated just a 10 minute walk across the fields to the beach. The converted property was lovingly restored only a few years ago and offers a real home from home experience. The property is well equipped and also has a wood burning stove, perfect for those chilly nights. There is a large courtyard area with seating and ideal for alfresco dining!
