Caburn Cabin is in Firle Village in the South Downs national park. Our spacious timber cabin sleeps up to four people. It has a warm rustic charm whilst being fully equipped with modern facilities. There is a rear private deck with seating. Ideal for romantic escapes or active holidays. Enjoy the outdoors by foot & bike direct from the cabin. The local pub & village shop are just 10 minutes walk. Perfect for Glyndebourne, Charleston & Firle weddings or explore nearby towns of Lewes or Brighton.

Hoots Treehouse is a picture-perfect, romantic, luxurious treehouse with all mod cons in an area of outstanding natural beauty - only 45 minutes south of M25. Clad in aromatic cedar wood, beautifully furnished - ideal private, woodland retreat for couples. Can also comfortably sleep up to 2 children (from 5 years) on single mattresses in loft area accessed by a ladder and hatch. NOT SUITABLE FOR 4 ADULTS. Coco Lodge at Burnt Barns Farm offers an idyllic place to stay, located in a secluded spot on 180 acres of farmland, woodland and 400m from a spring-fed lake for wild swimming, private, wood fired hot tub and wood-fired sauna ( the sauna is an additional booking from £30. All year round. With its own private garden, you have uninterrupted views of open pasture and distant views to the South Downs. There's a firepit with plenty of logs and a gas bbq for convenience. Dogs are welcome on leads.

Modern two bedroomed, separate accommodation with studio kitchen comprising of a combination oven, double hob, fridge and sink. There is also a kettle and toaster, cutlery etc. Youngs garden stable block is on the edge of a charming old village in East Sussex, within striking distance of Bateman's ( home of Rudyard Kipling ) and many other historic sites such as Bodiam castle, Scotney castle, and many more. The village is approximately a 10 minute walk and has 2 pubs and a small supermarket.

Located down a private drive and situated in a beautiful setting with glorious views, Sandbanks provides very comfortable and attractive holiday accommodation in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The perfect location for exploring gardens, vineyards and National Trust properties. Robertsbridge and Brightling are within 2.4 miles and Bodiam Castle just over 4 miles. The farm offers a mosaic of habitats thriving with wildlife; with woodland walks, duckponds, and ornate gardens for you to explore. Our Shetland ponies or Boer goats will happily join you. The Loft is a lovingly refurbished and well-equipped self-contained annex with a private garden. Many close attractions.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Stylishly fitted and eco-friendly, our detached, self-contained cottage is in a very rural location. There are no other holiday cottages on the farm. Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

Beautiful Countryside Cottage

Perfectly presented picture postcard cottage, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, the inspiration for the Winnie-The-Pooh books and 3 minutes drive to the historic village of Hartfield for the village store, Pooh Corner tea rooms, pubs and farm shop. This is a great location to explore the Kent & Sussex countryside. The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive and only 45 minutes to the South Coast. We are family friendly.
