Set in the beautiful rolling East Sussex countryside, in a designated AONB, Winters Farm Cottage is a lovely retreat.  Originally the stable block for Winters Farm, the cottage has been sympathetically converted retaining some original features and stylishly modernised. With outstanding views from the cosy interior we are sure you will have a wonderful break in this peaceful cottage. The cottage is detached, self contained & set away from the owners house with direct access to public footpaths.

Betty boasts a super comfy double bed downstairs and European sized bunks up top! Heating upstairs & Down, as well as heated blankets during colder months to keep it nice and cozy. We are offering our pool house which consists of sauna, hot tub, kitchen, double shower room, bedroom/living room with separate wc. Beautiful countryside views. This building is located in our garden which is an acre in total. From the garden you have the added bonus of seeing Llamas and wild deer in the adjoining field. We are situated close to the cuckoo line and there are beautiful walks nearby. We do allow dogs but we do ask that they are added to your reservation as we make a charge.

Beautiful barn on the South Downs Way

Beautiful barn, perfect for walkers, also great as a comfortable and spacious base for exploring the local countryside. Local cultural attractions include Glyndebourne, Drusilla's Park, South Downs Way. This spacious artist's home is located right on the South Downs Way, and it is only about an hour and a half walk to the coast at Exceat. There is a tree house for kids, a couple of swing seats for chilling out on, and the Cuckmere runs through the bottom of the garden.

Coes Farm offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room which is resident in our Micro-Winery! We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.
