The Annex, Berwick, East Sussex

Light and spacious self-contained Annex, separate from the main house with it's own private entrance. Being within two miles of the South Downs National Park and an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, we are surrounded by idyllic countryside, lovely villages and pubs, and only 6 miles from the sea. The Space: Our Annex is comprised of a spacious double bedroom, with king-sized bed and luxurious bedding, a large lounge, a shower room, and a kitchenette, equipped with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, tea & coffee making facilities, washing machine and dryer. Breakfast included. We have two friendly dogs, who have access to our garden and house, but not The Annex. Guest Access: Private entrance. Disabled accessible throughout, including shower. Ample parking. Access to the back garden and patio on request, due to our two friendly dogs. Interaction with Guests: We are a friendly couple, who love to make our visitors welcome, and will also respect your privacy, as you prefer. The Neighbourhood: We are in a rural village, with a small railway station, two pubs, a Post Office and garage. Perfect for walking, cycling and exploring the many local sights, Berwick village train station is only two minutes walk away, with easy access to Brighton, Eastbourne and Lewes. Ample on-site parking means you can leave your car in our drive whilst you explore by foot, bicycle, or train. Local sites include the historic village of Alfriston; Beachy Head, the Cuckmere Valley and the Seven Sisters; Charleston Farmhouse; Firle Place; and Glyndebourne, to name just a few!

Set in the heart of the Weald countryside, this beautifully designed two-level luxury suite offers complete privacy and a peaceful escape for couples. Cosy converted Artist's Studio (self-contained)

A cosy artist's studio on the edge of the Old Town area of Eastbourne below the South Downs, 2 miles from the sea. The studio has its own entrance, ensuite bathroom (shower and toilet) There is a kitchenette with microwave, fridge, kettle opening on to a tiny patio. It’s a 20 min walk to beautiful medieval pubs, church and restaurants of Old Town and a 10 min drive to the seafront (or 40 min walk), shops and town centre. 10 min in the other direction takes you to the South Downs National Park.

Two charming bedrooms, Hastings Old Town

This beautiful two-bedroom space with glorious far-reaching rooftop views is ideally located in the heart of Hastings old town, moments from the beach and fishing harbour. It is close to many excellent independent shops, galleries, eateries, and great pubs. East Hill, an area of outstanding natural beauty, is nearby, and overall, there is an abundance of unique places to explore. Yet the accommodation is a peaceful retreat for study or just relaxation. We want it to be your home from home.

Cosy Woodland Annex

Adjoining historic Heathfield Park, surrounded by woodland & wildlife. This detached, self-contained Annex in the grounds of our home. The space has been transformed into a cosy woodland retreat flooded with natural light. It has a secure private entrance & ample off-street parking. The lounge has a wood burning stove stocked with logs from our garden. The accommodation is ideal for a family of 4 or 2 couples, the bedroom has a kingsize bed and there's a kingsize sofa bed in the lounge.

Country lovers studio with separate access

Hindleap studio is a ground floor bed sitting room with en-suite shower room and kitchenette. Private off-street parking. Located in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the quiet setting is a short stroll to our local pub which serves great food. With plenty of local walks and visitor attractions nearby such as steam railways, vineyards, national trust properties and quaint villages. Own transport is needed, although the local bus connects to Haywards Heath and East Grinstead.

Detached Studio ( The Great Escape) built to a very high standard, close to Burtons St Leonards and Hastings Old Town and the Beach. Guests may use our garden, Hot Tub, open spring summer extra daily charge min 2 day booking, use up to 10.30 pm. No facilities for charging electric cars or bikes etc.

The Annexe is self contained with its own private entrance & self check-in. Free on street unlimited parking is available. The Annexe is link attached to the hosts home & has been been renovated to a high standard. A small private outside seating area is available set within the hosts garden. The beach, picturesque Old Town, with boutiques, art galleries, restaurants, cafes all a short 20 minute walk or car drive away! (SorryWe cannot accommodate pets)

A newly refurbished self-contained annex in the heart of Langton Green. Available for short stays and longer lets (1 / 2 / 3 months). Village green and popular countryside pub a mere 400 metres away, this is an ideal location for a countryside getaway. And with Royal Tunbridge Wells’ shops and restaurants 2.5 miles away, you really will be able to experience the best the area has to offer. Parking available on site.
