Welcome to our modern and centrally located guesthouse. Our contemporary guesthouse is perfect for short or long-term stays both business and leisure travellers. We welcome infants (still sleeping in a cot) with a change of $30 per day. Just a short walk from a cafe and shopping precinct, enjoy a walk along the South Perth foreshore, or watch your favourite game at Optus Stadium. Urban Trails - Private 2Bed 1Bath + Kitchenette

Enjoy being just a 4 minute walk from the centre of Perth's best restaurant strip. Centrally located, it is a 10 minute bus ride to the city centre. By car, it's approx 10 minutes to Curtin Uni or Optus Stadium, 20 minutes to Perth Airport, 25 minutes to Cottesloe Beach or Lesmurdie Falls. You'll recognise the house by the native garden inspired by local walking trails. Guests have a private entry and exclusive access to a main bedroom, bathroom and a living area/second bedroom (no kitchen).

East Victoria Park is a vibrant and diverse area, located a 10 minute drive or bus ride from the Perth CBD and home to one of the longest main strips in the Southern Hemisphere, packed with all manner of restaurants, cafes, pubs and retail/grocery stores, within a 3 minute walk from my place. There is also a convenience store, which is a 2 minute walk and open till 11pm. Public transport is also very conveniently located to be able to access many areas of Perth.
