1820's Farmhouse 182 acres/Private Swimming Pond

Oak Hill Farm c1824, this farmhouse has been fully renovated with a modern take on upstate luxury. Situated on 183 acres of its own land, the house has views across the valley, spring fed swimming pond and a private mountain top. Enjoy morning strolls through our open hay fields, cookout on the covered deck with a wood burning smoker, gas grill, fire pit. Mowed trails through the hay fields, large pathways that are for hiking, foraging, wild life sighting. Air conditioning throughout the house.

Brooke & Bow Cabin

Tucked among tall trees and lush ferns, Brooke and Bow is a private woodland retreat full of charm and comfort. The open main floor features a cozy sitting area, pullout couch, full bath, full-size fridge, and a sweet little dining nook. Sliders off the kitchen area lead to a peaceful back deck with a small gas firepit beside a trickling waterfall. Upstairs, the loft offers a dreamy full bed. With Wi-Fi and easy access to I-88, it’s the perfect forest escape. 15 miles to Cooperstown All Star.

The interior of this cozy country cabin has been RENOVATED and we can’t wait to share it with you! Disconnect from city life a recharge in the country. In the evenings' BBQ on the deck and enjoy a glass of wine next to the fire pit. Spend days hiking in the trails of Lutheranville State Forest in the Summer or Cross Country Ski & Snowmobile in the winter. It is approximately a mile away. We are also 2.5 miles from Seven Ponds Farm and about 30-35 minutes to both Oneonta and Cooperstown.

The house has all the comforts needed to relax, enjoy and make memories. Our back deck leads to the grill and down the steps to the grass area. walk 20 steps to the water. AVAILABLE MAY 1st THROUGH OCTOBER 31st. Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis that is the perfect escape from the daily grind. And with the windows open at night, you can fall asleep to the sounds of the peepers by the pond. Surrounded by five acres of woods, this cabin is my lifelong dream come true and I will be happy to share it with you. Please note that this cabin has not been childproofed. It is not recommended for young children.
