Great restaurants all over to choice from. Lots of seafood! The property's owner has lived in Eastpoint over sixty years. She is well respected and takes pride in her community and welcomes you to come take a visit at her hometown.

Captain’s Harbor

Relax at this peaceful, recently renovated home with original hardwood floors and front porch swing. It’s located on an acre of beautiful flowering plants and fruit trees. Our cozy cottage is only two blocks from the Apalachicola Bay and two miles from downtown Apalachicola for shopping and restaurants. We are centrally located between St George Island and CSB just a short drive from fishing and sightseeing adventures. There is a $100.00 dog fee with a two dogs max (no cats.)

Point Break- Take a break at the Point

Nested 2 blocks from Apalachicola Bay, 10 minutes from the Apalachicola River and 10 minutes from St George island, our cozy cottage is a new build that has all of the comforts of home. Four adults can stay comfortably with 2 very comfortable beds and 1 bathroom. We also have a fold out cot perfect size for a child. Our home is in a very quiet neighborhood located on a cul-de-sac and is a short driving distance from fishing, hunting, shopping and sight- seeing adventures.

This 3 bedroom 2 full bath home, situated in a quiet neighborhood in Eastpoint, sleeps 8 when utilizing the futon in the living room. We’ve loaded this home with amenities you are sure to enjoy. From books and board games to a brand new hot tub and full game room with A/C in the garage, plenty to occupy the whole family when not at the beach.

Centrally located, just 10 minutes to the sandy white beaches of St George Island and 10 minutes from Historical Apalachicola. This 2B/2B house was completely refurnished in July 2022. With one king bed, one queen bed and a queen sleeper sofa it will comfortably accommodate 6 people. A large gravel parking gives you plenty of room to bring your boat! smart TVs in the living room and both bedrooms, no cable.

Newer 3 bedroom/1 bath cozy single family home Sleeps 6-8. Bring your boat, golf cart and the kids! Home on Cul-de sac with large yard and plenty of parking. Located 2 blocks from the Bay. Great fishing! Public boat launch 2 miles away. Off Hwy 98 between St. George Island Bridge (1.7 miles) and Apalachicola Bridge (1.9 miles). Lots to explore! 20 minutes to Carabelle and 30 minutes to Port St. Joe.
