Guests share only the main entrance of the townhouse with owners who live upstairs. This private decorated space includes a smart TV, comfortable seating, dining for 4, microwave, coffee maker, full refrigerator, toaster/air fryer, queen bed, wardrobe & dresser. Perfect for familes or groups, or a romantic weekend. Bird watchers will love the bald eagles, ospreys, kingfishers, mallards and cormorants, to name a few. The upstairs living room is a perfect place for the kids while the adults enjoy the lower area. You find our place warm, cozy and quiet.

Enjoy your private apartment and deck on the water or come sit down by the waterfront and watch the Ospreys, herons, ducks and the occasional eagle. Fishing off the pier and possible small boat docking available. We are close to Rocky Point golf club, Baltimore yacht club, 20 minutes from Camden Yards and M&T stadium. We are 38 minutes from BWI. Situated a few walkable blocks from downtown, wedding venues, restaurants, breweries and the waterfront. Approximately 8 miles from Ripken Stadium.

The Belevdere Lodge of Evesham Park is not as pretentious as it sounds. As you walk in, the first floor is filled with cheery colors to greet your party. The living room is comfortable and cozy. The dinning room is great for family dinners or having a meal on the road that's not in a restaurant. The modern kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils to use to cook a great homemade meal.
