Spend the day on the private beach or kayaking the lake, then enjoy sunsets on the deck overlooking the lake. 40 min to Grand Rapids for a day trip. 10 min to nearest city with all amenities including grocery, restaurants, movie theater, shopping & more. The cottage can be enjoyed throughout all of the seasons of Michigan. As fall approaches, note the state hunting land is just a 100 yard walk. About 2000 sq. feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, plus a 4-season porch. Large sandy beach with a paddle boat, 2 stand up paddle boards, 2 kayaks, and a nice 2021, 20-foot pontoon boat available for rent. The place is great for families, romantic getaways, or business travelers.
