Walk up to the second floor apartment where you will find an open kitchen, dining & living room space with big windows allowing natural sunlight to flow in. The master bedroom & bath (king bed) along with the main bath with washer and dryer are also located on the second floor. The third floor loft is a beautiful escape with a queen bed and separate sitting area.

Simplifiez-vous la vie en restant dans ce beau 4 1/2, tranquille et bien situé . Vous serez à distance de marche 2 minutes du parc de l'école, à 5 minutes à pied du centre hospitalier, du centre Premier Tech et de la rue Lafontaine(Bars, restaurants, etc.). L'appartement est situé au deuxième étage qui vous donne une belle vue sur le fleuve et la ville de Rivière-du-Loup. Je suis propriétaire-occupant de ce Duplex, donc facilement rejoignable.
