The Snow Cone cottage

450 square foot Waterfront cabin on lake Claiborne 5 miles from downtown homer la. Fishing/ boat dock located on the property for guest use. There is a community boat launch adjacent to property. There is an additional cabin on the property that sleeps 6 that can be rented separately. This cottage started out as a snow cone stand built in Ruston Louisiana that was moved to Lake Claiborne in 2020 and was stripped down to the studs and turned into a 1 bedroom tiny home.

Cottage on Elm

This cottage style house been fully remodeled to include all the conveniences of modern day living. The house is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances (including a dishwasher), washer/dryer and patio grill. There are smart TVs available in both the living room and master bedroom. Guests can enjoy Netflix or sign in to any streaming account. There is also high speed WIFI and a WIFI printer located in the Office which includes desk, chair and queen size bed.

Built in the early 1900s, The Preaus House is boasting with character. From 12' ceilings to original hardwood floors, there are unique attributes in each room. There are 4 beautifully colored (non-functional) fireplaces in all the downstairs bedrooms, a claw foot tub/shower combination, rare cork tiles in the den, custom cabinetry, and a fabulous farmhouse kitchen sink. Come stay at a great location minutes away from all the major attractions in El Dorado. Close to downtown events and activities. Quiet safe neighborhood if you need to get some work from home done as well. A king bed, queen bed and a set of twin bunk beds with onsite laundry. Fenced in backyard however we do not allow pets. Two bathrooms with plenty of space for everyone to get ready. No smoking allowed inside but allowed in the backyard.

This spacious mid century modern home was built in 1963. It is located in a quiet neighborhood that dead ends on both ends of the street. Very quiet and relaxing environment with large back deck that looks over the woods. Only two miles from the downtown Murphy Arts District and a mile or less to 10 places to eat as well as Walmart, Brookshires, Walgreens, Hobby Lobby, TJ Max and more.
