This centrally located house near Playa Central is close to everything, just a short walk to the beach and a grocery store. The quiet neighborhood offers great views. The kitchen is fully equipped, and the room has a queen-size bed. There are two full bathrooms and a queen sofa bed for extra guests. Enjoy high-speed Starlink satellite internet during your stay. Note: There is no AC. We have two ceiling fans for the living room and a floor fan for the bedroom. Hot months may be an issue.

The property extends right down to the beach and includes convenient beachfront gear storage (shared with one other house). The location cannot be beat with easy access to the north trails and the beach. The house also has a newly renovated hot tub on the patio, a brand new hot tub right down on the beach, and a wood fired pizza oven.
