About 30 miles to Napa valley. A refrigerator, stove, Microwave oven, coffee machine , water boiler, are provided.

The kitchenette includes a microwave, a small oven and a k-cup coffee maker, but No STOVE. Newly installed heating and cooling air conditioning. This suite is a part of a single family house.The rest of the house is also rented as an Airbnb unit but with separate entrance. The deck area is shared. The entrance is in the backyard.

It has a separate entrance to backyard, private porch with outside heater, bbq and a designated off-street parking spot in front. It has a queen bed, TV, fast (fiber) wifi, full kitchen and bath and a bar with a pop up window for indoor/outdoor seating. Come and enjoy complimentary coffee from our family roasting company in this cozy space and peaceful yard.

Rustic Cottage *****Hiking & Biking

The place is nestled in a garden setting . The cottage is stand alone and is not shared . The bathroom is detached, just a few steps away, through the garden, and shared with a very quiet and clean tenant, it is sparkling clean. The trails start just across the street and are fantastic, spreading over 800 acres of parkland. You will enjoy the quiet, peaceful and remote setting. We do have WiFi ;)

Studio Cottage: Very Private.

We use the Airbnb Covid-19 cleaning guidelines and we use hospital level sterilization after each quest. We are 22 miles from San Francisco and 27 miles from Napa. Great location to enjoy both. Half-mile from freeway. Beautiful walking trail very near -- goes to the San Francisco Bay; enjoy beautiful sunsets. Coffee, shops, and restaurants nearby.

Chill in the Hills-lil Berkeley Apt

This lovey sunny Berkeley hills, smoke free little apartment is a fifteen minute walk down hill to UC Berkeley, or dining at Chez Panisse or pizza at the Cheese Board. Watch the sun sink over the Golden Gate Bridge with a two minute stroll to the Rose Garden. On occasion, we care for our daughter’s dog. She is friendly and can be confined.

Our little guesthouse is completely detached from the main house and offers a quiet, comfortable and private place for work and/or relaxation. Enjoy the garden with a large patio, Adirondack chairs, umbrellas and big dining table. On site parking. Your guest quarters are located inside the same structure as our private exercise space.
