Hello, this is Alexander. I am a musician and IT director. This luxury flat has a real story. Built in the 90's , it was for a few years the flat of an international artist. Also one of the oldest AirBnB here : 85 square meters with 2,70 m of ceiling heights, with a direct view on the symbol of Berlin, and Alexanderplatz. My furniture are a mix of German vintage and contemporary (flat screen with Apple TV...). Don't bring anything with you, everything is already in the flat, like a hotel.

Du wirst sie lieben wegen der himmlischen Ruhe, dem Türchen in den Wald und trotzdem nur 20 km Entfernung nach Kassel mit Auto oder Straßenbahn. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare, alleinreisende Abenteurer, Familien (mit Kindern) und größere Gruppen geeignet. Sofern es sich nicht um unkontrollierbare Kampfhunde handelt sind uns Tiere willkommen und fühlen sich regelmäßig sehr wohl.

Zur Ruhe kommen ist hier garantiert ! Fussläufig ist hier der Golfplatz und ein See zu erreichen , um den herum man wunderbar spazieren oder joggen kann. Fahrradtouren lassen sich von hier aus einfach planen... In die wunderschöne Altstadt sind es ca 5 km
