Great relocation option, business or corporate stays, events or sightseeing, visiting relatives, or checking out the music or sports scene. Light rail goes directly downtown (4 min), stadiums (12 minutes) and the University of Washington (3 min). We know you'll love it here. It has a charming private feel yet access to everything. A guest on the living room couch will need access to a bedroom bathroom. It is all right outside the front door! Walk! The walk score here is near perfect at 98!
