Fully equipped kitchen, electric cooktop & oven, large fridge. Large fireplace in the family room (firewood provided). Huge wrap-around porch, porch swing, decks facing the lake. Pier for sunning and boating. Beach area for swimming. Great view of the lake and sunset from almost everywhere in the house.

Cozy cottage with public boat dock & ramps nearby (boat & kayak rentals as well). Main bedroom has a queen & attached full bathroom. Bunk room sleeps 4 w/ connecting bathroom to main area. Back deck has small table & seating w/ a 6 seater hot tub! Minutes from the famous Kowaliga restaurant & Russell Crossroads (market, diner, horseback riding, etc) yet still secluded! Dogs welcome for a $75 pet fee per stay! Cats are NOT allowed due to allergy issues. $500 fine for parties or smoking.

Peaceful Pines is an adorable cottage with a spacious lakeside yard and dock in which to tie off your boat or pwc. Boat launches closeby. Located in Kowaliga Bay Estates neighborhood and is conveniently located between Kowaliga Marina and Anchor Bay marina. 35-40 minutes to Auburn. Perfect place for enjoying the lake, game day or for fishing enthusiasts. Home is equipped with a well stocked kitchen, and propane grill on the patio. Make s’mores or relax by the newly built lakeside firepit area.

Property is located on 17 acre farm halfway between Montgomery and Auburn. Perfect for football season. Note: Due to safety concerns, children under 5 are not allowed to stay in treehouse. We are 45min from Auburn University & about a 10 min boat or car ride to the Social & Chuck’s Pizza which have delicious food and live music. ***guests must click “1 pet” On the reservation if bringing any. There are many outdoor areas like the gazebo, two docks, fire pit, and a floating dock. You'll love the coziness of the large fireplace and the open floor plan with high ceilings. You're 5 minutes from Children's Harbor and 10 minutes from Catherine's Market and The Springhouse. Make sure to make a reservation for Springhouse.
