Country House on a Farm

Converted barn in 100 acres of land. A home from home crammed with books, games and toys. Easily accommodates at least 10 people comfortably. The garden, pond, woods and parking areas are all exclusively yours for the stay. We live up the lane from the barn. So you have privacy. We have chickens, ducks, Sheep and pigs on the farm. 5 mins drive from J28 of the M5. 20mins from Exeter centre. Not near any good beaches so don't choose us for a beach holiday. There is no spa or hot tub.

Our shepherd's hut is thickly insulated to stay cool all summer, with a fridge to keep your beers cold. Outside, a generous deck and seating area is made for bright mornings and long evenings. Solar-powered lighting and mains sockets, double and single bed, a fully equipped kitchen, hot water washing up just outside the door — all a ten minute stroll away from The George, an award-winning pub.
