'The Mill Pond' is beautifully situated in an orchard on our family run farm, right next to our very own Mill Pond, from which it takes its name. Ancient beech, ash and oak woodland rise to the Iron Age fort on Danesborough hill. Whortleberries abound in Summer on the bracken and heather covered slopes. The coast is a 15 minute drive or an hours gentle walk to Kilve. Need more room? Then try its neighbour, and big sister, 'Gorgeous Quantock House'.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space with private entrance and parking. Ideal base for a short break to Taunton and the surrounding area. There are 2 shops (Tesco & One Stop) nearby and we are about a 5 minute drive from the M5. Dogs may be considered 🐶

The Hen House at Sherwood

The Hen House sits in its own enclosed garden area to the side of the rest of Sherwood's gardens and grounds which guests are welcome to explore. This small barn conversion has a central open plan kitchen/dining/living area with a bedroom and en-suite shower rooms at either end of the barn. So sleeps 4 comfortably in the 2 bedrooms There is an option for a fifth guest to sleep on a sofa bed in living area.
