Welcome home to this 3 bdrm/1 bath family friendly unit with a spacious kitchen to prepare breakfast, a quick lunch or family dinner. The comfortable Queen and Full bedrooms have a Smart TV, and all bedrooms have sound machines for a good nights sleep. The living area has plenty of room to relax and enjoy a family movie or game night. The backyard is not accessible. We have an additional Camper available for rent in a privacy fenced area. Camper guests do not have access to the main home

This cozy guest cottage has shiplap walls and a warm and inviting interior. It's perfect for a quiet getaway for 1 or 2 people. Located in Pensacola's eclectic East Hill neighborhood and close to downtown, restaurants and shopping. The cottage is best suited for guests over the age of 18 and is not equipped for small children. Please note for your comfort the standard weight capacity for the bedframe is approx 500 lbs. I have two sweet pups (Lily, Hildey) and an outdoor cat (Skipper-Doo).

Grocery stores and your favorite restaurants are also close by but you’ll get a good nights rest in this quiet neighborhood. It’s around 35 minutes drive to beaches depending on traffic. The barn was built in the eighties and housed chickens, rabbits and a cow but was repurposed as a dwelling in 2004. Completely modernized in 2022, you can enjoy a unique space with all the comforts of home!
