The house is located on Loutsa beach. It’s a lovely beach connected with Vrachos beach and together they have a coastline of 3km. The sea has blue-green waters and the sand is white. Along the beach you have various of beach bars, restaurants, mini markets etc. If you are looking for a relaxing and comfortable vaccation this is the place. You have the option of just being at the beach and around the coastline or you can also explore the area around. Preveza city 32 km away and Parga 30km away.

The three-story property consists of a living room/bedroom and a bathroom, as well as an additional toilet, and can accommodate 2 people.
