After half an hour drive from IOANNINA, you’ll find yourself in a place where the only sounds come from the singing birds, the crystal clear running waters and the rustle of the wind as it flows through the lush trees surrounding the house. Gaios harbour overview is a private house on the hill above gaios and it’s very close to the center. Within less than 10 min walking to the square, using a path and minutes by car. Private parking, outdoor jacuzzi (2,50 x 1,50 x 0,80), garden, wonderful view terrace and a small cottage with bbq,w.c. and a shower. The house is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. There are two bedrooms with air conditioning , one kitchen room, one bathroom, a living room and a dining room..

Ideal for short breaks with a car on some of the most beautiful beaches of the island like Arkoudilas, Marathias and Santa Barbara . Close to the house you can find shops like markets, bakeries-patiseries , traditional restaurants and many others.

Zagori traditional house, Jacuzzi and amazing view

Our house is located in a small village of Zagoria in Demati, at 1020m altitude. The village is close to Metsovo and Ioannina as it is only 6 km from the Eastern Zagori interchange of Egnatia. Is an old stone house. At the ground floor dominates the fireplace with comfortable sofas and a kitchen with a bar in the middle of the kitchen. Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms, office and two bathrooms. My space is suitable for couples and families (with children).
