The wide pond-side porch is scenic & great for both morning & evening use. The property is one mile from the Tarleton State University Rodeo Facility and close to Melody Mountain Ranch. The two first floor bedrooms each have a king sized bed. There is a queen bed in the bedroom upstairs and a trundle bed in the loft. The ground floor is all handicapped-accessible.

The kitchen is stocked with a Keurig, coffee pot, and essential kitchen tools and appliances. Pets allowed w/fee. Must message for required pre approval.

Located on our property, you'll have access to our private backyard and all of its amenities including a workout space, koi pond, fireplace and grill. The RV is equipped with an all seasons insulation package, cool in the summer and warm in the winter months. Located next to our home’s extended patio. You’re own private driveway and entrance for convenient access. You’re welcomed with delicious chocolate chip cookies! I personally clean and detail the space so it is spotless for each and every guest!
