There is a loft area reached by a library ladder that has a sitting area and 5 mattresses on floor The kitchen has all new appliances and open to living and dining area. An enclosed porch open onto a large deck There is direct beach access.

My place is close to restaurants and dining, the beach, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). I do not allow pets and have parking for one vehicle. Generally check-in is after 2pm and check-out is 10am but I am flexible when possible. From June 19, 2021 - September 4, 2021, 7-day min. only with check-in on Saturday and check-out on following Saturday. The rest of the year there is a 2-day minimum
