The Little House on Sanford

Our guest house is next door to our home and farm. A one-story, 2 bedroom with a newly remodeled bathroom and cottage style amenities is simple but includes some more modern touches for entertainment a comfort. Trails through the field and woods are available during the Summer and hunting off-season. Pets are welcome but must be leashed at all times when outdoors. This area gets a significant amount of snow during the Winter but is right off the highway and a straightforward drive to Lake Erie.

Sunflower Cottage is a small newly remodeled rough cut themed getaway. Only 1 mile to Presque Isle state park , Waldameer and beaches . Convienent location to restaurants, unique shops, cafes, fishing, boating and site seeing. This listing has an open loft for the 3rd bedroom. The loft has a low ceiling and ladder to climb (not for tall people),a queen bed and 2 single beds for 2 extra guests(extra cost for more than 6 ppl) Back yard is 100% fenced. concrete and grass area.

Quaint North East Cottage Near the Water

North East Cottage is a quaint, two level cottage nestled between 16 mile creek and Lake Erie. It offers two bedrooms, one pull-out couch with a queen mattress, two full baths and two large decks overlooking Lake Erie. The kitchen is fully stocked and newly remodeled! The living room provides warmth and coziness with a gas fireplace for cool evenings on the lake. A short walk down the road is a private beach for relaxing and spending the day on Lake Erie.
