This bungalow forms the guest wing of the main estate. When the main estate is booked, this bungalow is closed and vice versa. So, when you book this bungalow, the rest of the estate is closed, and you will have sole, uninterrupted use of all of the grounds. Set within the grounds of the old territory of Spains Hall, now owned by Jamie Oliver (yes, he will be your neighbour) is this exclusive detached home surrounded by 1.5 acres of private, secluded gardens and benefitting from far reaching country views that will simply take your breath away. The famous walkway used regularly by the infamous Dick Turpin and still sign posted to this day, leading you directly to lavishly preserved Blue Bell Inn once used as a hideout by Dick himself and today standing strong as a cherished local pub and exemplary restaurant. The Sampfords are widely known as Essex best kept secret. You are surrounded by nature, beauty and quite a few famous neighbours. This is not a party town and although your neighbours are only few and not very close by, this is a place of rest and relaxation. Peace and not party. Please come and enjoy. All of our properties are set up to give you complete privacy and convenience. Smart locks are in place for access without the need to meet anyone and house manuals and other instructions are sent via email. But we are still on hand, whenever you need us. 3 Bedroom Mersea Beach Retreat-Getaway by the Sea

Escape into nature at our secluded self-catering Caravan in West Mersea where you can relax and enjoy quality time with family and friends. Get back to nature in the open air and relax in true comfort thanks to the modern facilities of this lodge. As a self-catering caravan, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave. The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. There is one bedroom in this lodge which contains a double bed. Two bedrooms with two single beds each. There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. One WC with a toilet and a sink. Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. The use of the sofa bed and extra bedding is charged at 10 per stay and needs to be booked before your arrival. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking facilities on the premises. - One small to medium dog is welcome at the property.

This lovely private cottage within 20acre gardens has 1 double bedroom, fully equipped kitchen with single oven, 4 hobs, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, table and chairs making it suitable for longer or short stays. The bathroom has full size bath with power shower overhead, and the sitting room 2 double sofas, smart tv and wood burner giving the cottage a really cosy feel. Guests will have access to the well known Green Island Gardens and Colchester is only a 5 minute drive away.

The Garden House

We have a lovely Studio with a courtyard garden. The space has one double bed and a two seater sofa. The Accommodation has a toilet, shower and kitchen facilities including a Microwave, fridge and electric hob. TV and Wi-Fi are also available. Colchester is a lively town and offers lots of history and architecture. There are plenty of things to do including visiting museums, art galleries, historic buildings, cafes, shops and restaurants. The university of Essex is within close proximity.

Beautifully presented lodge on the Waldegraves site, open plan living dinning area, master bedroom with dressing room and en-suite bathroom, second bedroom with two single beds, family bathroom and double hypnos sofa bed in living area. Located close to the beach and a few minutes walk from the restaurant, bar, clubhouse, and shop. Also on site are Fishing lakes, Crazy Golf, Foot Golf and Driving Range. Entertainment in the Clubhouse. Swimming pool passes supplied in seasonal months.

Now with super-fast Fibre Max internet, The Beach House is situated on the Essex Sunshine Coast, right on the bank of a tidal creek with stunning views of the sea in front and the river behind. Being in the Nature Reserve, we cannot accept dogs or pets of any kind; sorry. We do not let to groups; we only let to families or two couples maximum. Absolutely no groups of more than four guests or parties of any kind. High tide sometimes cuts off the house so please be aware of this.

Our Atlas static caravan has a beautiful interior, modern design and spacious throughout. Atlas is a 3 bedroom (8 berth) caravan with full wrap-around decking, double glazing and central heating. Fully equipped kitchen with full sized oven and hob with a microwave and a small fridge/freezer. Lounge with plenty of seating, TV, DVD player, electric fire and a double pull out sofa bed. Please, pay attention, bed linens are included, but you’ll need to bring your own towels.

Welcome to our listing for our privately owned and run beach holiday home which benefits from being located on the wonderful Park Dean Resort in Walton-on-the-Naze. The caravan is brand new and sited in the prestigious Sandy Lodge area in June 2021. Sandy Lodge is on the Southern part of the park which benefits from being close to the club house, restaurant and shop, but most importantly a short five-minute walk to the lovely sandy beaches of Walton-on-the-Naze.
