The design is modern with natural warm colors and tucked away in the trees. The loudest noise you will hear are the owls hooting and a faint distant train whistle two times a day. First floor suite off main house with private entrance and deck with seating, and private bathroom. Basic kitchenette (mini frig, microwave, keurig). Portable infrared sauna in winter months. 9 miles to Burlington and 5 mins to shops & restaurants. We are in a part of Essex that is rural (the village, Essex Junction is more of a city.)

Our property in Vermont is a slice of heaven: Set between Burlington & Stowe, 10 minutes off the main highway I-89, with quick access to the main spots in Vermont, but tucked down a dirt road with nothing but the sounds of the stream. On our property we built The Tuckaway Suite, an entirely private guest suite above our garage. With access to a hot tub, and hiking trails right outside the door, this space is a brand new build with cozy cabin vibes.

Cozy downstairs of a converted barn with efficient rinai heater, AC, wood-fired sauna, both inside and outdoor showers, new Casper queen-sized bed and kitchenette w/keurig, hot water kettle, microwave, toaster oven, mini-fridge, and electric coils to cook on. Fire pit and seating outdoors and sauna indoors we can start for you. Quiet long-term tenants live above. STR License: 24104
