Tiny cosy studio is near to popular and trendy Telliskivi area, region is called Pelgulinn and it is unique by its wooden architecture. Tiny 20 square metres studio has everything needed inside, big comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. Everything you need just for a weekend trip or for a longer stay. This is not a typical place built for an Airbnb, it has been for family use and you can feel like a local there. Bus stop is just a few minutes away and Old Town is also in walking distance.

In front of the house is a tram station from where you can get to all of he main attractions. This 25m2 apartment is designed to accommodate comfortably 2 guests, but maximum occupancy is 4. The apartment has a bedroom with a large comfortable double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The apartment has a modern, fully equipped kitchen. Check in and out are contact free.

Our apartment is located in a historic building built in 1889 which is protected by the National Heritage Board. The building and the apartment are fully renovated. It is easy to get around the city center by foot, electric scooters and tram. Cafes, restaurants and grocery stores are close by.
