Studio in a central location around Lac Brome. You get to enjoy the lake view, while having a quiet backyard with a forest. Passionate of nature, hiking, cycling, skiing and water sports, you will be served. We built this house when we learned that our family was going to get bigger. We finished the studio with re-used material from the previous chalet that was on the land- from the kitchen cabinets, to the bedroom storage unit to the office table.

La villa tient son nom de l'illustre facteur d'orgues, Claver Casavant qui y vécut autrefois.
