Our dream house for you and your friends or family. No better place around. Live your dream in at our Private Beach. Many places to hang out, a huge garden land with olive trees, orange, lemon, banana and figs. From everywhere you can enjoy amazing sea view. A private road leads you to the house, you can walk to two nature beaches from the house in 2 or 4 min. All there what you need. You will relax from the very first moment. Very silent and the ferry boat goes every 15 min to the main land.

Our stone house is at Melissaki, 3.5km of dirt road (13min) from the port of Kea. It is the lower house of a complex of two separate houses with astonishing view of the sea and a marvelous sunset! You can find calmness and quietness in a typical picturesque landscape full of unique sent of wild bushes and especially thyme. Vourkari, full of excellent restaurants, taverns and bars, is 15min away, Ioulida, (capital of the island) is 30min away and the beautiful beach of Xyla is 3km away.

this is a charming ground floor flat in the historic part of Hora. The kitchen entrance opens to a large patio with benches and tables, a private enclosed yard where you can sit and have your meals. Ideal also for young children as a play area. The house is large, 90sq m and airy with one large living space with 1 bed and two sofas suitable for children, a separate bedroom with a double bed and 2 bathrooms with showers, the one en suite with the bedroom.

Koko's summer house

A small but cozy summer house with garden located in a very quiet part of Nea Makri minutes away from the sea. The house has been for many years a family summer house and still is used in such a way for some weekends in the year. Some closets have been kept for personal items but the rest will be available for use. Sheets, towels, utensils etc are provided and you can always make use of the BBQ Guests are required to show a photo ID upon check-in.

Fistiki House - beautiful place, great location!

Fistiki House is in a fantastic location, just 5 minutes walk from some great tavernas, beaches, the main port and shops. Access to the house requires you to drive or walk 12 meters of a dirt road. There are two bedrooms - one large main bedroom and a smaller second bedroom.There is also a double sofa bed in the living room. Perfect for one or two couples or a small family. There is a patio area to relax in the evening an outdoor shower.
