Find peace & tranquility in this sweet & stylish space with views of a lake, forest & farmland. Experience solitude & privacy with only a small distant cottage in sight. Swim in the river, see the stars at night, Roos at dusk & dawn and a few cows. It is off-grid with solar power and water must be carted in. For the hot days there is an air cooler ( no Aircon), it always cools down at night. No heater inside but it is never too cold in winter. Firewood provided. Cooking on bbq outside! 😊

Bendos Beach House @ South Broulee

Renovated modern beach house in one of Broulee’s quietest cul-de-sacs. The house has direct access to a walking track metres from the front door to the patrolled section of South Beach Private outdoor shower and private outdoor gazebo. 8 metre heated mineral pool at back of house which is a shared space with the owner’s house at rear. Whale watching, fishing, golfing, 4X4 and boat trips to Montague Island are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes.

Our cottage has a renovated bathroom & laundry on the outskirts of Moruya town, adjoining rural property. 10 min drive to beaches. Mogo Zoo & Batemans Bay 20 min north; Bodalla Dairy & art galleries 20 min south. Moruya has plenty of cafes & you can enjoy the popular Riverside Markets every Sat morning or the SAGE growers markets every Tues afternoon. OR simply relax with a wine & BBQ; a cuppa on the front verandah, or snuggle inside with the woodstove on & watch a DVD or stream shows.

Our comfortable, well-equipped self-contained unit is situated underneath our family home. It is 1 km from the beach and the river, and 6 km from the country town of Moruya on the NSW South Coast. Swimming, fishing, kayaking, markets, bush walking, bike trails, or relaxing - it's all here for you and your family. Your pet is welcome too. We have a large grass area fenced with l.6 m high wire where your dog can run, and our local beach is a 24 hour off-leash doggy playground!
