Located in a pretty residential area, your two stylish rooms have individual entrances and are connected through a beautiful bathroom. On your private shaded terrace, an outdoor table and furniture w/sink allows you to prepare breakfast or cold bites. Activities? This charming suite is on the 2nd floor of our 400sqm private house with plenty of soul, tradition, and history. The house was originally built in 1896 and keeps the main structure since 1936. More than an accommodation our guests book an experience in a particularly unique, personal, and authentic way. We are a family of cultural mixes and we love the concept of sharing, receiving, and taking care of our guests as new friends. We’re located in the Art District, close to the historical center.

Selvabella is a farmhouse situated in the heart of Tuscany, half way between Greve and Panzano in Chianti. Just 35 km from Florence and Siena it is a perfect place to enjoy the beauty of Chianti. Il Riccio is an apartment of 45 m². It has a double bedroom with AC, a living-room/bedroom with two sofas/ single beds and equipped with a tower fan, a large bathroom and a kitchenette (fridge, sink, small oven and 2 burners gasfire). It is the perfect place for lovers of nature, cooking and pottery.

Located in the very heart of Oia, at a secluded position on the famous caldera of Santorini, Oia Spirit is a stylish complex of 8 stand-alone traditional cave houses, with access to a shared cave pool. This suite features a private outdoor plunge pool. Its interior is a unique space with a double bed and a living room. It has stunning view to the caldera and the two iconic blue domes of Oia. Santorini International Airport is about 17 km from Oia Spirit, and the Ferry Port at about 23 km.

Modern Hayloft in Cotswolds

The hayloft is very old but we have converted it into a 2 bed suite (one double bed & one big round bed on the mezzanine) with a 'shed bathroom' and a large lounge. It is on top of part of our own house (above the kitchen) but has a separate private entrance and a door onto the garden. There is no kitchen facility - think hotel rooms rather than self catering! It is right in the heart of the village a couple of hundred metres from good restaurants, ancient pubs and independent shops.

The Garden House is a cosy and secluded studio apartment for two people that overlooks our lush garden and is the ideal choice for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. Appointed to a high standard with natural materials, such as oak parquet ceiling and floors and linen curtains, and decorated in soothing natural colours, it blends harmoniously with its surroundings. Large patio doors lead out onto a spacious and private terrace with a dining table and chairs and a wooden sofa.
