This spacious French country bungalow is in a separate private section of the lower level of our home with: private entrance, kitchen, large bedroom, bathroom with shower, and living/diningroom. - At least one person in the renting party must be between the ages of 28-70. Whomever reserves the bungalow, will need to show a photo ID when they arrive, to prevent fraudulent reservations.

Rustic Retreat on Prior Lake

Large gently slopped yard perfect for games. 120-foot Beach, firepite, bluestone patio. The beach is NOT for swimming from shore but directly outside the channel is the best part of Prior Lake. Lower Prior Lake has Candy Cove, Cow Bay, and is the larger body of water with depths past 50 feet. Boudin Bay is great for kayaking, paddle boarding, fishing, and is located on the northern most portion of Lower Prior Lake so just outside the channel is great for tubing or swimming.

This beautiful little cabin sits on the water edge on Indian Lake. Great Lake to fish on. There is a swimming raft that you can swim to along with a paddle boat. Great access to snowmobile trails. This is a small place on a septic system with a NEW ! 40 gallon water heater with only 2 vehicle parking. Please note docks come out of water labor day weekend each year. Pontoon rental $200 per day with Gas, $50 cleaning fee if not clean. Fish house rental available.
