We’ll enjoy the day together in a lush and colorful, edible forest garden. You'll harvest seasonal, rare fruits and perennial vegetables that you've never tasted before and will never forget. If it's the right season, we’ll plant a tree for future generations to enjoy and, to end, we'll explore a lush waterfall trail.

We’ll be at Finca Madre, an amazing, beautiful food forest that is strategically located in the mountains of the Central Valley. This place is famous for its climate, which is ideal for growing a variety of tropical fruits, vegetables, and high-quality coffee. We'll be only 20 minutes from the airport near San José.

Paul is unapologetically living his best life and the IncrEdible Secret garden is a glimpse into Paul’s passions. I was even sick as a dog and I genuinely enjoyed the experience. He made me tea for my stomach issues and offered so many forms of holistic medicine for my ailments in the moment. He made sure I was feeling okay throughout the entire tour while I was sick as a dog. He has an expansive knowledge of agroforestry and holistic permaculture. Paul allowing us to visit his special food forest that he has worked so hard to build, truly has inspired me to dive deeper into holistic permaculture practices. Thanks Paul!

My mom, my five year old son and I had a wonderful experience at Finca Madre. We were lead on our tour by Alan & Jean who were very warm and inviting. The tour was very intimate and relaxed. We got to try fruits we had never tried before like jackfruit and carambola. We would strongly recommend it to anyone !
