Mit fogunk csinálni?

We'll challenge your body for an hour workout by moving in different ways, connecting with the environment, and meeting fellow local fitness enthusiasts.

Watch the sunrise from the tops of hills or by the side of the bay while working up a nice sweat. You will run, jump, crawl, and climb your way to a better body and an improved mood :)
Other things to note
Classes are held outside so dress for the weather. We will store and phones, keys, or bags during the class. Workout gloves may be useful as we may crawl on the ground.

Hol leszünk?

We will start at Aquatic Park near Fort Mason and each day will be a new location. Some days we'll run up Telegraph Hill, down the Embarcadero, or to the Marina.

You may get to see a different side of Fisherman's Wharf, The curvy part of Lombard St., Fort Mason, the Marina Green, and Coit Tower!

I was traveling in San Francisco and found Alex’s boot camp on the Airbnb site. It looked like so much fun but I was a little intimidated because although I work out regularly, being from Florida I am not accustomed to the San Francisco hills! But Alex reassured me that I would be fine, and although I did indeed fall behind on the hills, Alex was very patient with me and even modified some things for me to make me a little more comfortable. Bottom line, I got an excellent workout with the beautiful city of San Francisco as a backdrop. Awesome experience!

SO FUN! Alex is really great. The workout started down by the pier, we warmed up as the sun was rising. It's a beautiful place to see the sun come up. Then we jogged to a couple local spots and did different exercises using the benches, stairs and some light ropes we brought. Lots of functional movement. A really great, creative workout and awesome way to see a bit more of the city. thanks so much!

Alex was very welcoming and encouraging host for the bootcamp workout! There were 3 other regular locals in the group and it was a great opportunity to meet and chat with locals. Best way to discover other side of very touristic area of fisherman's wharf early in the morning. Highly recommended!
