I’m deeply connected to my roots. My grandpa was a producer of Parmigiano Reggiano and Balsamic Vinegar so as a child I could learn all the secrets of this food. I love conveying my knowledge to people from other countries, which I try to share the culture and traditions of my homeland with.

Hol leszünk?

Reggio Emilia is my town, where for many centuries food is considered an art that is handed down from father to son.
Even today these traditions are perfectly preserved and practiced with passion.
Reggio E. it can be reached from Florence-Milan-Bologna, with the high speed train in 50 minute, or other cities with the normal train.
I’ll be waiting for you at the station and from there, we will go to discover the secrets of this amazing product.

Claudio was super nice and informative. You wouldn’t be able to experience anything like that without him. It’s all about family business and tradition, so it had a nice personal touch. We are very happy about this trip!

We really enjoyed this tour. We felt like we got to fully appreciate the art, love, and time that goes into producing balsamic vinegar. Claudio is a great host and even made it fun for our less than excited 8 year old. I would highly recommend and if ever in this area would take another tour with him.

Once. In. A. Lifetime. Claudio was warm and inviting, he was SO knowledgeable and experienced. We were giddy from start to finish. The tours (we did balsamic and parmigiano) took us through beautiful landscapes, and provided us with the sights and smells of Italy we will keep all of our lives. We hope you choose to spend some time with Claudio, he made our trip through Italy unforgettable and he will so the same for you :)

Claudio is an amazing host! He really took me into his day to day and showed the methods of making the perfect balsamic vinegar. You can tell he’s truly passionate and proud of what he does. I did this tour for my birthday and it exceeded all expectations. Claudio Made this experience so special and fun. I have always loved balsamic but I have such a new love and respect for it now.
