Mead. A simple drink of fermented honey and water, mead has a long, rich history that goes back thousands of years. It is possibly the oldest fermented drink known to man.
In this workshop, you will explore the art of home brewing and learn how to craft your own honey wine (mead). Not only will you will discover how easy, fun and inexpensive it is to create these types of brews at home, you will start your first batches while in class!
Take Home: Each participant will receive a glass quart jar of mead complete with cap, bung, and airlock, as well a detailed handout.

She shares her knowledge & passions through the teaching of workshops with her unique and straightforwardly honest style.
