I'm putting a lifetime of experience in the jazz world into creating the perfect evening out for fans of live music. Selected for their ability to spellbind an audience with the sheer power of their performance - each show features one of New York's most impressive singers of classic jazz standards. Singers are always joined by the best touring musicians in town as a perfect compliment.
You are welcome to stay for both sets. Shows at 7 and 8:30.
Future Dates: This Concert has been put on hold till further notice.
Other things to note
Zinc Bar is not a supper club, so plan on eating in the area before or after the show. Tickets are good for both shows, but reservations for large parties can only be honored for 1st set arrivals.

I'm a third generation New Yorker, living in Astoria. Long ago, I was bitten by the jazz and travel bugs—wherever I visited in the world, I always felt most comfortable in jazz clubs. That's where my people are, and they've inspired me in many ways.
I've owned a jazz club in Harlem, worked at radio stations and record companies, managed musicians, and blogged my tuchus off. For the past 20 years, I've been designing and leading unique, nightly jazz crawls to dozens of clubs every week as the owner of Big Apple Jazz Tours and I book a sold out vocalist series in Harlem.

The Zinc Bar is hidden in plain sight in the heart of Greenwich Village, just below Washington Sq. Park and surrounded by great cafes and restaurants. You'll step into the past through the doors that welcomed legendary jazz singers into a candlelit lounge with lush red velvet curtains and all good seating for any sized party. The beer, wine and cocktail menu will compliment any mood you're in to complete the atmosphere of a perfect evening out.

If only I could give this show 10 stars!! The vocalist was truly INCREDIBLE! And Gordon makes you feel right at home from the start! Amazing show for anyone looking for a good group activity, date night or even a solo traveler looking to connect with a great crowd! Highly recommend!
