UPDATE! I have incorporated a Winter attunement experience.

We'll begin with a brief education on basic somatic breathing techniques, an introduction on mind-body fitness, and my role as your coach and guide for this ecotherapy experience.

We will then set our intentions and embark on a silent hike across one of Nashville’s most scenic and historic pathways, stopping only to re-assess our posture and breathing. This will be a gentile hiking experience, as our intention will be to slow down and be more attentive and increase our sensory awareness.

Under the shade of aromatic hickory, oak, and pine trees, you will then be guided through a mindful yoga flow tailored to all levels, designed to re-establish the natural rhythm of your nervous system as you become more connected with nature.

We'll close our practice together with a final somatic experience - guided meditation while lying in shavasana or seated in sukhasana. We’ll “bathe” in the woodland ambiance and remind ourselves that we only need to step outside to experience this kind of peace.
Other things to note
If the usual start time doesn't work, message me and we'll work out an alternative. Have an open mind and heart, respect everyone and the surroundings that we love.

Hol leszünk?

The Natchez Trace Parkway is home to one of the most diverse and lush ecosystems in the Eastern United States. Used by the Native Americans for centuries, this historic forest trail holds both mystery and intrigue to those who traverse her paths. We will be meeting at the northern-most part of the pathway, about 45 mins to an hour outside of Nashville. Every season offers a chance to take in it’s beauty.
