Be the "Master of the Brewniverse" for an afternoon while you learn how to cook up grains, mix ingredients, and prepare different styles. At the end, we'll enjoy a Harlem Brew Co. beer flight. Get ready to swing the brews, as you take time to smell the hops!
Other things to note
Bring a camera and your thirst. You'll want to share some selfies with old and new friends. On occasion, we may also ask participants to bring an ingredient to the brew session.

We'll brew together in a beautiful landmark townhouse in the historic Sugar Hill community. This home and private work-studio inspired the founding of the Harlem Brewing Company in the early 2000's.

Celeste is really experienced with brewing craft beer and she explained the process really clearly. But still, it would be better if we can’t get a taste of what we brewed when the fermentation is finished.

Amazing experience! Great and chilled out way to delve into learning more about beer in a beautiful Harlem neighborhood. Definitely recommend trying this out, Celeste was a lovely host and my husband and I are so inspired to home brew now!

She was amazing and provided knowledge you wouldn’t find anywhere else. A true New York experience! If you have any interest in beer, Celeste’s brewing class is a must!

Celeste was a great host- she gave a lot of background info about the Harlem history and area as well as imparting much of her extensive knowledge about the art of small batch brewing. The opportunity to create, there and then, our own signature beer using a very large range of variables was cool and seeing it come together was really quite exciting!
