Come with us to enjoy a faboluos day trying to catch all the secrets about how the most famous Italian foods and wines are made. Taste them directly where they are produced. Talk with the owners to understand the strong passion and hard work behind such great products.
We will start the day visiting a local cheese producer where you will learn all the secrets of cheese making while taking a nice picture in front of thousand round cheeses while curing.
Then taste various high quality salami and cheese products in a unique location, savoring a glass of sparkling Prosecco wine and admiring endless hills!
Stop for lunch at our family owned osteria, enjoying typical local foods and recipes passed on from my grandma!
Finally, after a day eating salami and formaggio and tasting local food recipes, it is time for a well deserved wine tasting experience in a very famous local winery, while learning and appreciating how this precious nectar is made.

We will be visiting a cheese producer, taste several local salami and cheese products in a unique location lost in the beautiful hills around Venice, learn all the secrets of wine making during a wine tasting experience and enjoy lunch in our family owned osteria!

The Experience departs from Venice with private transport at 9.00 am and returns to Venice at around 4.30 pm

A fantastic day out finding out about local beverages and foods. We were wonderfully looked after, well fed and suitably plied with various drinks. Good sized group (6). A superb experience.

My family and I had such a wonderful time with Carlo! He took the time to remember all of our names and made us feel instantly comfortable around him. Each location we went to were with local, family-owned producers where we got to meet and ask them lots of questions. It was such a special, extremely filling and unforgettable experience! wow we really had a great day, my only complaint was that I ate too much. we would highly recommend this trip to others. beautiful country side, great food and wine to try and a great host.

Carlo was a great host and brought us to some incredible locations outside of Venice that we never would have even known about. You will eat and drink a lot throughout the tour. All the wine and food are amazing! You will get a lot of insight into the production of cheeses, Prosecco and the history behind it. The Lunch was great! Also you will see a lot of the countryside of the beautiful area of Venezia and get a nice view of the Dolomites. Greatly recommended. Amazing experience! Grazie Carlo and Giulia! We will be back!!

Without exaggerating, Giulia and Carlo essentially orchestrated the most memorable day of our lives! We did a private tour as I planned to propose to my girlfriend, and it turned out to be the most special day - it doesn't get more perfect. From the salumificio to the cheesemaker to the family osteria, everyone that hosted us was so welcoming and so skilful and passionate in their craft; and we're talking about 5th generation family owners of award-winning places, so they're no joke! It was the highest quality produce possible. Special thanks to Matteo for being such a gentleman and taking good care of us! Giulia and Carlo are an absolute delight to be around, talk to and share experiences with. They're a very special family who do this because they love it, and Carlo is extremely knowledgable about F&B and this region of the world. The picnic he set up for us in the Prosecco hills was one from the gods...memories we will cherish forever. 100 stars out of 5.
