Mit fogunk csinálni?
We will begin your session with finding out your goals and any injuries or ailments that you have.
We will then work on physical traditional Yoga postures to meet your goals and explore ways of improving flexibility and build strength. For instance strengthening upper body or stretching tight hip muscles.
We will then work with breathing techniques to help with energy levels, stress and for a better nights sleep, followed by some simple mindfulness techniques to still the mind, plus a deep relaxation to finish the session off. This will take about an hour and a half.
We also have a Holiday Cottage on airbnb that you can book for accommodation.

You need to wear clothes that you can stretch in. T-shirt and jogging bottoms are fine.

I have been teaching for almost 20 years after qualifying for a British’s Wheel of Yoga Teaching diploma. I teach in the Peak District at my studio or can arrange home visits depending on location and time.
I have worked with people with ailments and illnesses and also people who want to use Yoga for general exercise, flexibility, strength and stress release. Either way, everyone will get something out of Yoga. Back pain disappears and you sleep better straight away!

My studio is in a stunning part of the Staffordshire Peak District. My studio is based in a peaceful location surrounded by farms. This is indoor, however if you prefer an outdoor location, then we will practise outside in the garden which has the most amazing views. The studio takes up to 4 people. Any more than that then the session will be a local village hall.
