Tap into your wild side as you spend time with wolfdogs and learn the powerful lessons they have to teach.
Beginning with a visit to a wolfdog compound, you'll meet the 30-plus rescues, hearing their backstories before entering some of their habitats to interact one-on-one. You might even get a kiss (or two or three)!
You’ll also get to walk alongside them during a light hike through the Angeles National Forest, where you’ll become one of the pack and further solidify your bond with the animals.
Other things to note
Please wear closed-toe boots or shoes, long pants, and weather-appropriate layers. Do not wear fur or dangling jewelry. If you have a cast or physical limitation, please notify us in advance.

Wolf Connection® was founded in 2009 by Teo Alfero. Made up of a team of passionate individuals who care for the amazing pack, it takes in wolfdogs bred in captivity who were confiscated due to animal cruelty, rescued from the fur trade, or who simply needed a new, permanent place to call home. Each animal has a powerful lesson that will be shared with you when you visit.

I cannot say enough good things about this place. I purchased the Run with Pack experience on AirBnb and the directions and instructions for the experience were excellent. The property is stunning and everyone who works there is friendly, knowledgeable, and they take amazing care of the wolves. You can tell they really care about the animals and I love that they honor the animals and do not force them to do anything they don't want to. Prior the experience, I wasn't aware of all the youth programs they host and all of the children and teens they help. Made me love this place even more. And lastly, the wolves. Well they're simply magical. It's a pretty spectacular thing when you're able to make a connection with them and be in their presence. I highly recommend coming here and experiencing this.

This is a truly unique place and experience. It's awesome to interact with the wolves and they are providing a safe place for the animals. In addition to rescuing wolves and wolf dogs from unsafe, abusive and usually illegal environments, their other primary mission is to help certain at-risk populations heal and grow through interactions with the wolves. Mostly local kids aged 12-18 and other populations as well. One of the ways they support those programs is to offer small group interaction experiences with the wolves. And that’s what we did. This was such a unique experience! I surprised my boyfriend for his birthday with this experience, not really having much background knowledge but I left feeling very connected to these animals. The team does a great job of letting guests safely interact with the animals. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to disconnect and try something new.
