We will meet at my home studio and I will give you a tour of my space. There will be a demonstration on what we will be doing so you will know what to expect. Then you will create beautiful art for yourself! No special training is needed.
Other things to note
I often hear "I'm not creative!" I respond with, "Don't be so quick to say that!" I feel we ALL have elements of creativity in us. I feel this experience will show you this. :)

I started Kandi-O in 2002 specializing in fun musically inspired paintings, jewelry and home decor. I grew up in a Midwest farming community with a mother who took me to all the art classes she took and taught. I soaked up all that knowledge and began my creative life very young. I continue to seek out new ways to express myself creatively. My favorite thing about being creative is meeting people, learning new things and bouncing ideas off of each other. There is an energy when we create and I want to share that energy with others.

I booked this paint pour experience as a valentines gift for my husband! We both absolutely loved and now have a new found love for this kind of art!!! If you want to try something different then you won't regret this experience.

Kandi has such a warm and welcoming demeanor and her skills are very evident. Also, beginners be not afraid-Kandi is adamant about making sure everyone takes a piece of art home they are happy with. I would highly recommend for anyone.

I had been wanting to try acrylic pour painting for a LONG time, but was intimated by the steps involved. Kandi made it easy to try the first time! The location is in a suburb outside of Austin. I took a shared Uber ride from Austin to her home for about 10$.

This is something that I have been wanting to do for a while so when I visited my son and daughter in-law in Austin and saw this experience advertised on air bnb I thought cool I can treat them and me to the artistic pour experience. They loved it and so did I. Kandi was so pleasant, kind, supportive and organized. She had very thing set up so it didn't take long to create our paintings. It is fun to take a group of friends for an afternoon outing. Kandi took a video of each of us as we created our pour on canvas and sent it to our phones. I would do it again and I think most people would like it.

Kandi was very kind and cool and we had a great time. Our art turned out really well (as in good enough to hang it in our home), and we gained the knowledge to be able to make other paintings using this method. Great fun, our whole family enjoyed it.
