Mit fogunk csinálni?

We will head up or down the coast from the town of Paternoster along the beach or through the coastal Fynbos looking for signs and actual encounters with fauna and flora. We may see sea birds, seals, bones of sea mammals, whales, and certainly beautiful and spectacular scenery. The dry coastal bush is rich in life and living animals and we have a 99% chance of stepping over the Cape Tortoise. The guided hike will normally be about a two hour round experience but for those who are fitter and willing we will venture further. The area is rich in history and culture and we will definitely stop to engage with the local fishermen and their stories. Guests have the option of longer beach hikes from Paternoster to St. Helena Bay or Paternoster to Saldanha Bay. Learn about shipwrecks and tragedies, and visit some isolated areas of this rugged coastline.

Such a fantastic tour of a magical town. Bruce is incredibly passionate about both Paternoster’s history as well as South African history. A must for anyone visiting this little village

Our home with Bruce was fantastic. We saw a lot of Paternoster and the surrounding scrub land that were almost certainly wouldn't otherwise have seen. Bruce is a great guy, and knows the area extremely well! definitely an experience worth doing!

It was great to learn all sorts of things, from fishing to the old days, about the pretty village of Paternoster. Bruce seemed to have a really good knowledge about all aspects of Paternoster, which in turn made my stay all the more interesting.

It was a pleasure doing this experience with Bruce. He is very knowladgeable about history and the area around Paternoster in General. I can highly recommend this walk first thing when you get there.

We spent a wonderful morning with Bruce exploring parts of Paternoster! He is full of stories and passion for not just the region but history in general! We will definitely be back to Paternoster for more of the views and a longer guided tour of the coastline with him!
