this is private 1 on 1 course, max 4 person(only if you come with your friend or your family),and you will learn at my home, so please do not compare me with some cooking school. because you will not have such experience at cooking school.
"Huo yan xia"--shrimp on fire，a typical "show off" Chinese dishes, not only taste good, but also make your dinner really exciting. there are three different ways to cook this dish, and you will learn them all at my home, the technique of cooking can also be use for "steak on fire" or "fish on fire" and so on.
Maximum 4 people in a group, you can come with your friend or making new friends through this experiences. you will be taught in English / Chinese, please let me know which language you prefer.
the dishes maintains sea food(shrimp) and Strong liquor，please notice that before you come, in case you allergic to seafood or you do not like the taste of alcohol。
Other things to note
I will try my best to show you my hospitality and to make you happy on this experience, I promise~! but it is really not fare if you compare me with
some regular cooking school or being Overcritical and criticized，and give me a low rate for that. please be open minded and enjoy the experience

you will learn how to make Tofu and eat Tofu dishes at my home, My home is a small but lovely single room apartment, it located at a very old and peaceful neighborhood at downtown Beijing. I do live here everyday, I want my home looks like "home", not hotel, so it may looks a bit "messy", but full of the taste of a Beijing Boy's life, hope you enjoy the stay at my home, and enjoy the experiences.

The cooking and tasting esperience with Dong for our family was really something surprising. The comunication with him was great and on time. He trasmitted us his passion for food and cooking and get us be involved in the shrimps cooking process. Shrimps was cooked 3 different ways and all taste delicius. In the meantime we chatted friendly together and there was no cultural barrier. A lovely "China meet Italy" evening we will remember and can recomend you.

This shrimp making experience was awesome! Nice introduction, fun cooking and wonderful talking, it’s such a pleasure! The location is close to the bell tower and drum tower, as well as Nanluoguxiang, can take a relaxing walk afterwards. I am so happy with this!
